All
pricing is based on check or wire transfers at
the time the order is placed. All quotes or advertisements
include a 5% discount for cash payment. All credit
card charges lose the cash discount.
All
orders, before they can be started, must have
a signed intellectual property rights forms in
our offices. Please download this form our home
page. Complete the form and send it with your
master. Piracy is illegal and we will not perform
unlawful acts. IMC will not be responsible for
customer masters or art files. We suggest that
all master discs and art files be backed up before
shipping.
If
you require an exact match to your Art files,
a press proof must be purchased. Available
at a nominal fee.
Pre-press templates are available at our home
page. Please use them. If your specifications
are wrong, this will slow down your turnaround
time until the art work is correct. All proofing
of proofs is the sole responsibility of the customer.
No printing job will be started until the proofs
are signed off .
Most
orders will include a small percentage of overrun.
Customers will not be billed for any extras. Any
under-runs we be fully refunded to customers.
Turn times start from when we receive written
or electronic approval of proofs. Orders will
be processed in 10 to 14 working days, plus ship
time, unless other arrangements have been made
in writing to expedite your order.
If
an order needs to be canceled or changed, a written
notice must be received to stop the order or make
changes in the order. Once the order is processed
there is a minimum charge of 20% plus the actual
cost of services and materials. All costs incurred
up to this point are the sole responsibility of
the customer.
All
materials used internally to produce your finished
goods remain and become property of IMC. IMC
reserves the right to refuse any order.
IMC
is not responsible for defect or error in the
content of masters, customer must check their
source from any error prior to submission for
replication by IMC.
Any
non standard disc produced by IMC, that does not
comply with Standard disc specifications (Mini
round, shaped, business cards, etc.) are not guaranteed
to be compatible with all disc players.
IMC
will not be liable for any incidental, direct,
indirect, reliance or consequential damages however
caused, regardless of character. If
any product is found to be defective, it's the
customer responsibility to notify IMC in writing
within 30 days of receiving the order. IMC limits
it's liability to refund, correct or redo the
job at our sole discretion
IMC
reserves the right to use finished goods for the
purpose of marketing only. If client does not
want their product used for IMC marketing purposes,
they must state so in writing at the time the
order is placed.
IMC
Ships by UPS Ground or common carrier or by any
other means requested by the customer. Once the
order is shipped, IMC will not be responsible
for any shipping delays.
